Commonwealth nations should have the leaders of every province/state provide an awards ceremony and dinner banquet honoring the mayor of the town or city with the best, most unique and humorous Commonwealth celebration activities. This needs to be held as soon as possible after Commonwealth Day. Every town and city in the Commonwealth can celebrate in their own way. I would suggest to not follow the British flag raising ceremony with boring speeches. We can see that on TV. Our primary objective should be to have a spectacular event that maximizes fun for everyone. Let's have a party!
