The governments of the Commonwealth family of nations should organize COMMONWEALTH UNITED. This is the Commonwealth version of the United Nations based in New York. We, the citizens of the Commonwealth, would be stronger in the fight against terrorism.
India has expressed the desire to play a greater role in world affairs. Commonwealth United is a good way to achieve this. India also wants a greater leadership position and to lead from the front in world affaires. Commonwealth United is the answer. Every Commonwealth member nation would also have a stronger voice as a member of Commonwealth United.
This is a call to action directed to each Commonwealth citizen to contact and lobby our politicians particularly at the national level, to start Commonwealth United, now. Also in 2022 Togo and Gabon were added to the Commonwealth for a total of 56 nations. The UN is a dying organization and a total disappointment. Commonwealth United is a good alternative to Commonwealth citizens looking for a voice of reason in a world of chaos.
