Commonwealth Miracles will deliver food to starving children, one way or another. We can buy from local food vendors at the end of the food market day. Vendors will be more negotiable if they can get rid of all their leftover(unsold) produce at the end of market day. They don't need to transport the food back to storage and return the next day. Food vendors will be investing in their future prosperity if they feed people with no money.
These people will eventually become productive and come back to pay money at the food market.
